Absolutely amazing experience with these guys today, we went on to see a car that we'd seen online, for a viewing and test drive. No pressure, the lads were all really informative, easygoing, and knowledgeable, and we had a good chat and laugh too. The car is now sat on our drive. The lads even dropped it off at home for us!! That is how you make car sales, we felt so at ease, the cars were all clearly of high quality, priced well, and great service. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful trustworthy dealership.

In a previous review from my son David regarding a VW Polo car, I had a look at it for my son to buy for my grandson. When I went to their site I had difficulty finding the entrance so I rang Ash at the depot and came and found me and I followed him there. Ash was so polite and showed me the car and said take as long as you want and if you need us let us know. I used to be in the motor trade and know what to check. Everything I checked on the car was exactly as described. Ash then let me take it for a test drive and the car was great. We came back to the office and we were welcomed by all the staff who made us a coffee. Unfortunately, later my son had concerns regarding the cost of insurance for my grandson. We could not believe that when my son rang them to explain the situation they refunded our deposit right away. Honestly, this was the nicest thing anyone has ever done for us and we all would like to say thank you for your professionalism in all you do. Honest & Trustworthy

I'm writing this review on the back of our experience with MQAS. I initially contacted them to enquire about a VW Polo they had listed and arranged for my parents to come and view it (as they are local to MQAS). The initial phone call with Ash was exactly the level of professionalism and knowledge you hope for when enquiring about a car. When my Dad went to see the car, everything we had been told was correct, and the vehicle was extremely tidy. We agreed to collect the car later that day, and my Dad left a deposit of £600. Then the problems began, as I realized we had made a mistake in choosing a model that was going to cost my 17-year-old son £1,400 per year more than he had expected in insurance. I rang Ash and explained the situation. My apologies. Without any hesitation, he agreed to refund us the £600. And he did so within an hour. They could quite legitimately have kept our deposit, as it was totally my error. But they didn't. From this interaction, is obvious that Ash and his team are running an honest business, selling cars that are honestly advertised. Thrown into the mix they are obviously thoroughly decent people. Finding trustworthy people in the car industry can sometimes be difficult, but I wouldn't hesitate to deal with MQAS. Thank you.

Highly Recommend MQAS Cars 900% Customer Service

My partner brought a Mokka and from the start, these guys had one of the best customer service ever offering drinks hot or cold, they were not pushy, and following us around they opened all the cars we wanted to look at and let us be, they let us spend a lot of time with the car and we're not just trying to get a sale. We went back the following day and got the same treatment my partner took the car for a test drive and that sealed the deal as she felt at ease and it was like you were talking to a long-lost friend. Even one of the employees came in with his dinner and offered it out they really did welcome us and so far so good with the car.

Brilliant service, friendly owner.

Excellent experience all around whilst buying my car. I was met with a very friendly, welcoming approach. I was left by myself to look around the car. Once I was ready I was offered a test drive. Once all of this was sorted, Avais informed me that he was new in the game and that his on site office was not quite ready, he offered to take me and my family who were with me to the local Starbucks. Whilst we were there he paid for drinks and any food we wanted. Casual chat at all times and not once did I feel pressured into buying. We decided to purchase the car and the transaction went a smooth as possible. Avais said that it is a 2 way situation and that we had been good customers so he upgraded the standard 3 month warranty to a 6 month. All round a pleasant experience. Good luck for the future, 5 star, would 100% recommend.

Amazing experience, highly recommended dealer

Awais was very helpful from start. He gave me a good impression on our first call, aftercare was spot on too. The car itself is in a very good condition, reasonable price and within my budget too. All the add ons that I got were icing on top! My car is good to go, don't require anything further. I'm already recommending him to my friends and family for their future cars too.
